BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

This call is designed for you to discover what we are all about while we also learn about you. Making sure our two businesses complement each other is a critcal part to finding success.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS

JOIN RANCH RIGHT

Once you decide to join the team you will receive a welcome email as well as an overview of the process. It's worth reading this email because there is typically a free Thank You gift included within. 

To move the process forward from here we ask you to provide us with general information about your business and to share access to your financial information. Our office administrator is happy to help with anything you need during this part and all information will be shared through a confidential process.

Documents you should expect to share:

  • Quickbooks or the previous year's finances

  • Current Financial Statements, Plans, and Budgets If Available

  • Online Access to banking, credit cards, loans, etc

  • Inventory and Asset List (Livestock, Feed, Etc)

  • Previous Tax Returns

SCHEDULE ONBOARDING CALL

After we receive and review your information we will schedule a call with our onboarding specialist who usually comes with a list of questions. This step is designed to help pair you with the best accountant we can. 

5.

MEET YOUR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

When onboarding is complete the final step is meeting your staff accountant. Once connected, the big work begins. You will work with your staff accountant to transition work from your desk to ours.

BUILD YOUR TEAM

Building relationships takes time but as you work with your staff accountant together you will create a team of professionals who are all willing to help you meet your goals.

Change takes time, but by making data-driven decisions you can change your business not only for today but for the long term. With constant adapting your business can thrive and provide you with increased profit, growth, and overall satisfaction.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes, we have several clients in Canada and are always willing to expand but there may be a slight cost increase. 

Do you charge by the hour?
No, we use a fixed monthly rate so you know what to expect and what your fee will be.

What if my personal and business expenses are mixed?
We understand starting there but we work to separate them and treat your business as a business

What if I have multiple businesses?
That's a hard question and it depends on what they are and how they are structured but we are always happy to discuss these on a discovery call.

Do you work with non-Ag businesses?
Not unless they are part of a farm or ranch for example a fencing company that a rancher also owns.
