Meet Joe:
Born and raised in Clearwater, MB, Canada, Joseph Gardiner has been involved in agriculture his entire life. He started farming in 2006 and graduated from university with an undergrad in ag in 2011. He began making small soil health improvements on the farm in 2012 and transitioned the farm to a full regenerative system in 2017. He grew his first full-season cover crop in 2018 and documented everything for 2 years, founded Covers & Co in 2020, and distributed pre-blended cover crop seed across the prairie provinces. Since then, he has grown the company to 65 dealers across Western Canada, with a team of 12 full and part-time employees.
